Rising Flow

Yin and Yoga Nidra
Yin and Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative class that combines gentle Yin yoga with the meditative practice of Yoga Nidra. Starting with Yin, you'll hold floor-based poses for extended periods to release tension, increasing the flow of Chi within the body. This slow, grounding practice prepares your body for Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation that encourages deep relaxation and inner stillness. Nurturing Flow
